Most domestic installations are completed within one to two days depending on the size of the area and the type of flooring being fitted. The length of the installation will be discussed prior to works commencing on any projects to ensure a clean timeline is in place.

We can assist with moving larger furniture where possible providing all items are removed within the furniture. We’ll discuss this with you before installation day, so everything runs smoothly. Avanza Flooring Co. cannot however be liable for any damage that could occur whilst moving heavy furniture.

Yes, we can uplift and dispose of existing carpets and flooring as part of our fitting service if required. This will be charged as an additional cost on your quotation so you can make an informed decision as to whether you want us to do this, alternatively we can ensure all old flooring is cut into manageable sizes for you to dispose of yourself. The reason for this is, carpet is a non-recyclable material and as such cannot be disposed of in a general waste skip, it’s a very expensive material to dispose of when processed as commercial waste. Whereas the general public can dispose of this at a local tip/waste disposal site.

We accept the following method of payment BACS, Debit Cards, Credit Cards and cash. Cheques are no longer accepted.

Our payment terms are simple, 50% deposit prior to materials being ordered and an installation date being confirmed. Then the balance payment to be paid within 24 hours of work completion.
